Huila, Colombia

Red apple, panela, a little cocoa. Washed, roasted Thursday.

What we pour

A short menu, made carefully. Oat, almond, and whole milk at no extra charge.

Espresso bar

Cortado, flat white, and latte on a two-group lever machine.

Cortado $3.50 · Latte $4.75

Slow bar

Pour-over brewed one cup at a time. Ask to taste two origins side by side.

Pour-over $5 · Flight of two $7

Morning pastries

Cardamom buns and butter croissants, out of the oven at 6:30 am.

Opening day, October 12

Doors open at 7 am. The first 50 people get a bag of our opening blend.
Free cupping at 10 am: taste three coffees with our roaster.
Waitlist members get one free drink any day that week.
